Kaslo infoNet: 4 months, 3 weeks ago · ViewKaslo infoNet Society succeeded in getting a Connecting Citizens Grant from Network BC earlier this year, and was busy spending that money this summer … KiN added new towers and access points to our network, which eliminated most of the dead-zones in our territory. Our wide-area wireless network covers all of North Kootenay Lake, and the 6 communities of the Lardeau Valley. I’ll try and post more details …
Suffice to say its been a busy year, and we continue to be the only option for broadband in our area (outside of Kaslo) other than satellite Internet. -
